Deposits & Payments

A non-refundable deposit (typically 25–50%) is required to schedule any wrap service.

Remaining balance is due upon completion before vehicle release.

Accepted payments: cash, card, Zelle, PayPal, Venmo, cashapp 

Timeline & Delays

Estimated completion times usually take 2-4 days depending on size of car 

Delays may occur due to:

Complex installs

Material issues

Weather (for certain jobs)

We prioritize quality over speed.

Paint & Surface Liability

Vinyl wrap may pull up weak or damaged paint upon removal.

We are not liable for paint damage caused by:

Previous poor paint jobs

Failing clear coat

Rust or corrosion

If unsure, a test panel may be recommended.


Design Approval

Customer must approve all colors, finishes, and designs before installation begins.

Once approved, changes may result in additional costs and delays.


Warranty

Installation warranty: 12 months

Covers: Peeling, Lifting and Installation defects

Does NOT cover:

Damage from accidents, pressure washing, neglect, or improper care

Material warranty is subject to wrap brand manufacturer and type of finis of vinyl.  


Wrap Care Responsibility

Customer agrees to follow proper care:

No automatic car washes

Hand wash only

Avoid high-pressure edges

Failure to follow care instructions voids warranty.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable due to material ordering and scheduling.

Rescheduling may be allowed with advance notice 


Photography & Marketing

We reserve the right to photograph and use images of completed work for marketing unless the customer requests otherwise.
